Bitume Power

Hi,

I have an Audi A3 and love the car with the exception of the low profile tires. You easily get flats from pot holes and feel every bump in the road. What cars do they may without low profile tires that are compact sedans? Can I switch out the tires and rims for regular size tires on that car? Anybody else not like low profile tires?
Please help.
